Personal Finances Networks. (herein after “PFN”) values its users on the
PFNetworks.com and all the other sites on the networks (herein after the
"Web Sites") and the services offered on it (herein after the "Services").
PFN recognizes that users may be concerned about PFN’s collection, use, and
disclosure of users personally identifiable information (herein after
"Personal Information") that may be collected when users use the Web Site
and the PFN Services.
Your privacy is very important to PFN. Accordingly, PFN has implemented this
Privacy Policy to inform you, the user, of the information that PFN collects
from you, how PFN collects this information, and what PFN’s does with it

Does PFN Ever Make Changes to its Privacy Policy?
PFN may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time. PFN will
notify you of any changes by posting a notice on the PFN Web Sites, after
PFN has made changes. If you see a change in PFN Privacy Policy, you must
review the new Privacy Policy carefully to make sure you understand PFN
practices and procedures before using the PFN Websites and any Services.
What Types of Information Does PFN Collect From Me?
Non-Personal Information.
PFN collects "non-personal" information from you, such as your browser type,
the URL of the previous web site you visited, your ISP, operating system,
and your IP Address. This information ("Non-Personal Information") cannot be
easily used to personally identify you.
How and When Does PFN Collect This Information?
Providing Information to PFN.
PFN collects Personal Information from you when you provide it to us. For
example, when you register with the PFN web sites, PFN may collect your
username, email address, and other information that PFN might request in the
registration process, and any additional information that you provide on
your profile page (e.g. contact information). If you sign up to receive an
email notification, PFN will collect your email address.
Communications With PFN.
If you communicate with PFN regarding the Web Site or the PFN Services, PFN
will collect any information that you provide to PFN in any such
communication.
Analytic and Reporting Technologies.
Like the operators of most web sites, PFN uses analytic and reporting
technologies to record Non-Personal Information such as Internet domain and
host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser software and operating
system types, click stream patterns, and the dates and times that the Web
Site and the PFN Services are accessed.
How Does PFN Use My Information?
PFN uses Personal Information and Non-Personal Information primarily to
improve the content of PFN Web page, used to notify consumers about updates
to the PFN Web site, used by PFN to contact consumers for marketing
purposes, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
When Will PFN Disclose My Information to Third Parties?
Generally speaking, PFN does not intentionally disclose your information to
third parties without your consent. However, PFN reserves the right to do so
because it is necessary to the operation and continued growth of PFN or to
protect the rights of others. These instances are discussed below:
Disclosure to Successors.
PFN may disclose your Personal Information to any successor-in-interest of
PFN, such as a company that acquires PFN. In the event PFN goes through a
business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or
sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable
information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be
notified via email or by a notice on the PFN Web Site of any such change in
ownership or control of your personal information.

PFN may disclose your Personal Information to prevent an emergency, to
protect or enforce our rights, to protect or enforce the rights of a third

PFN may contract with various third parties who help PFN provide and
maintain the Web Site or the PFN Services. PFN cannot guarantee that such
third parties will not disclose your Personal Information. Additionally,
please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online
--- for example, via message boards or chat --- that information can be
collected and used by people you don't know. While PFN Forums strives to
protect your personal information and privacy, PFN cannot guarantee the
security of any information you disclose online; you make such disclosures
at your own risk. However, if you violate the rules, PFN Forums reserves the
right to disclose any and all user activity to the public, third parties and
or law enforcement agencies. With respect to Ad Servers: To try and bring
you offers that are of interest to you, PFN has relationships with other
companies that allow other companies to place ads on the PFN Web Site. As a
result of your visit to PFN site, ad server companies may collect
information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream
information.
What About Cookies?
A cookie is a message that is sent to your computer from a web server and
stored on your computer's hard drive. With respect to cookies: PFN does not
set any cookies. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by PFN only
and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
Does PFN Protect My Personal Information?
Personal Information.
Whenever PFN obtains your Personal Information, PFN uses commercially
reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
However, PFN is not an insurer of the security of your Personal Information.
Accordingly, PFN assumes no liability for any disclosure of data due to
errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of
third parties, or acts or omissions beyond PFN reasonable control.
Web Site Content.
The content that you store, post, or transmit on or through the Web Site,
such as message board postings, your profile page, and images you upload to
the Web Site, may be accessed by other users, including people that you do
not know. PFN is not responsible for the actions of others. Therefore, you
should use care in communicating with other users and only disclose your
Personal Information to other users that you know to be trustworthy. You
should not assume that your content will be kept private.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to PFN.
PFN follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal
Information submitted to PFN, both during transmission and once PFN receive
it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of
electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while PFN strive to use
commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, PFN
cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Does This Privacy Policy Apply When I Access Third Party Web Sites?
You are able to access third-party web sites directly from the PFN Web
Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access such web sites. PFN
cannot control how third parties may use Personal Information you disclose
to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any
third-party web site you visit before using it or disclosing your Personal
Information to its provider.
What About Children's Privacy?
Under Eighteen.
The PFN Services are only for users ages 18 and older. Accordingly, PFN will
delete any information that PFN knows originates from a child under the age
of 18.
